- FAF audaSep 15, 20251.0Mailed a letter from Medinah IL to Bloomingdale IL (2 miles away). The clerk assured me it would arrive within a few days. A week later, the recipient still has not received it. When I inquired at the post office, the clerk behaved unprofessionally, refused to give her name, and denied her earlier statements. This service is unacceptable and poor, and I request that this matter be reviewed.

- MMMaria MarianiDec 11, 20181.0I stood in Line the other day and I have been there many many times, The guy behind the counter is sooo rude and soo arrogant. How could anyone say this guy is professional is beyond me. He rushed me along even though I had important questions for my package and seemed annoyed to even breath. He made a mistake blamed it on me, and I had to turn around and go back as he rushed me and told me to step aside so he can get the line moving. I was inline and waited my turn, I was at the counter all of one minute when he said he had to get moving the line and would be glad to answer all my questions later. As i walked to my car realized I did not get a tracking number, go back in a long line, struck up a conversation with others in line, and guess what? Come to find out everyone around me thought this guy should be fired. They all had had terrible , rude, unproffessional experiences with him. I am sorry, I am a business owner and if I treated my customers that way, I would have no customers!! Period, he should be fired, but since it is a government job, I guess he never will be and we have to put up with his arrogant, condescending, rude behavior! Anyone else feel this way?
