That doesn't even cover shipping. I have all the proof of what's in the package. It's on customs documents, packing list, etc. USPS tries placing the blame on different distribution centers, different post offices, even the customer....even after a USPS employee helped pack the parcel. Do the right thing, take the "L", and give me my money before another report is filed with OIG

I have always loved USPS self service and the very reasonable prices they have to send even complex stuff like cell phones, for which some other brands like UPS and FedEx charge 4x more. The ladies in the staff are very sweet and assist with anything you need. There is however one gentleman(Asian) in the staff who is extremely rude and unforgiving to anybody and everybody who go to his counter. I myself am Asian and have had a terrible experience with him. Such people give USPS and Asia a bad name! Avoid this person and you're good with this branch.
