  We just had the customer service of a lifetime thanks to Ivy Rowe at DHL McCook!!! We had an urgent work delivery that had been bouncing around Chicago and through the country for several days. We came to this service point not knowing if anyone could really help us. Ivy immediately took great care of us and stayed 10 minutes past closing to help us find our package. She was so kind and helpful. Ivy deserves a raise!!! Thank you DHL for saving us from our work emergency!

  Jawauna was the DHL associate who assisted us, and she provided excellent service. She helped us quickly process and mail our documents, making the entire experience smooth and efficient. She was pleasant, professional, and attentive throughout. Even when she had to step away briefly while we were completing our shipping information, she returned promptly and ensured our transaction was completed without delay. Great customer service overall.

  Horrible the attention of the reception woman, she is not friendly at all, she is glued to the cell phone and laughing and does not pay attention to what one tells her, they tell me that my package is ready to be delivered and I arrive at the place and she says that she did not only check once when I showed her that it was ready to pick up, she went inside and did not go out again she left me there, hala super bad very rude

  This girl is awesome 💯 let me tell you why I never seen a agent assist customers using the Google translator when there was a language barrier agents normally say they don't speak a language and send customer on there what but not Jawauna she was very helpful and very professional all while smiling you go girl I wish she could teach a class on how agents should be while having customer service jobs thank you thank you thank you

  Went into the office mail a parcel. Jawauna atteneded to me and she was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond, and ensured my parcel was repackaged securely. Gave me a printed copy of my tracking information; and provided the estimated delivery date without being asked. Her customer service was top-notch. I appreciate Jawauna, and I am so glad she was the one that attended to me today.
