- DCdiamond colbertJan 28, 20261.0⭐☆☆☆☆ I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Matteson Post Office, largely due to a representative named Ashley. I had an Appointment for my daughter passport and From the moment I asked for help, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of offering assistance or clear explanations, she acted irritated, spoke condescendingly, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply asking a question. Good customer service requires patience and basic courtesy, and unfortunately, neither was present during this interaction. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. This experience reflects poorly on the Matteson Post Office, and I sincerely hope management addresses the lack of professionalism displayed.
