This review is not for the inside workers, they have always been really helpful and professional! Apparently though, there is an issue with a female postal carrier that has a problem with picking up an occasional package. I thought that was part of the job?! This person needs to realize that people have ring or nest doorbells that still pick up video and audio. The rude comments are uncalled for and very unprofessional. And shaking boxes that are marked fragile is beyond immature. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after seeing another review from another person, I'm thinking it was the same female postal carrier that was referenced in that review. On a side note, the male carrier has always been kind and courteous, so thank you to him.

Mail woman threw my birthday present out her window (all caught on camera) last year because she couldn’t bother to get out of the car. This year my present is now a day late, she pulls in the driveway, honks, waits 30 seconds, starts backing out. My husband didn’t even have time to get his shoes on. He goes out to get the package from her and she looks at him and keeps on going. If you can’t do the job time to look for another position. Try to call the 800 number provided and it’s over a hour wait. Great customer service guys!
