- KLKevin Lembcke2 days ago1.0Signed up online for passport appointment at 10 am. Arrived at 10 am and was told there was only one photo left to be taken. So I wait for the 2 in front of me who already had their photos taken to finish up their paperwork and payment. 10 minutes later I'm now told it's no longer possible for me to get my photo taken. Utter incompetence and a waste of time. If I can't get my photo and passport done despite having an online appointment then fair enough, but lying to me and making me wait time just to tell me it can't be done is just plain malfeasance.
