- BFBill FeatherstonJul 31, 20251.0Manteno Post Office, if your site is getting good ratings it's because your employees rate themselves. Clerk 29 reached over and gave herself a "Good" rating before I even knew what the screen said. She obviously does this all the time because she knew exactly where to touch the screen without even looking. I would not have given a "Good" rating as she is not very friendly.

EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE IS MIS-DELIVERED!!! THE USPS IS COSTING ME MONEY!!! My packages are being placed in the wrong box and this post office does not care!

- JTJordan ThorneMar 2, 20201.0Laziest postal employees. 3rd time waiting at home for a delivery and the USPS Delivery person didn’t even walk up to ring doorbell or knock on door they just pulled up to my mailbox and left a sorry we missed you notice and drove off. I had to go into the post office the next day to sign for it. This use to be a good post office but the newer employees just don’t care at all.
