- TTTyrannisJan 26, 20261.0So a new low today, yes it's cold but it's your job to take the package out of the mailbox when the little red flag is up. The sheer laziness I witnessed was both sad and funny. Even worse you left today's mail right next to the box you were supposed to take.
- ABAndrew BrettragerJan 12, 20261.0Has to be one of the worst post offices in the system. Our mail is often lost or misdirected. We constantly get mail for a business across town that has the same number but is West such and such street, not East. I've even had a bill from some poor sucker with a Philadelphia Pa, address delivered to me! We will go to the New Lenox PO every chance we get. They are wonderful and courteous there, not like Manhattan.

Idk what's going on here but if you can go to literally any other office I would recommend doing so. I was shipping through media mail and was accused of not just shipping books. I told them they could open it right there if they wanted to but the employee helping me just scoffed at me. Miserable place with even more miserable staff.
