Well, that was a week ago. I also, did a missing package claim online and that's been in limbo for 2 weeks also. So, even when u pay for extra insurance you still get the same treatment you would without. No help what so ever, they just tell u what u want to hear. And no, it wasn't stolen bc for one I was home and two bc I have cameras. The mailman never came to my door or my box the day it was marked delivered. So, like the others I have read they can "lose" your packages and get away with it.
