  I just left the UPS store on Riverside in Loves Park, IL. I dont remember ever being treated so badly, The staff person who calls himself Alan was dismissive, unkind, and acted like I was stupid because I bothered him to repeat his loud but mumbling directions. He never smiled, never looked me in the eye, and was just plain rude. And he knew it, and he didn’t care. It really was unbelievable. I’m not going back, needless to say.

  Absolutely some of the worst customer service. Rude doesn’t even do it justice. Will not be back.

  I've been going here for years, but today I sent my husband. The BOY that waited on him was rude and obnoxious! I was on the phone with my husband to ensure he explained to them why he didn't have a "BAR CODE" for an Amazon return. When it seemed like the boy wasn't understanding what l was saying, which was, that l was told by Anazon to take the item to UPS since it was NEVER PICKED UP JANUARY 9TH as scheduled! I was trying to get him to look at the photo on my husband's phone where it stated that the item needed to be dropped off at a UPS STORE! So l asked if there was a supervisor there!?!? The RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS BOY, told my husband "No"! So I'm like "Seriously, I can't understand WHY DO PEOPLE EVEN BOTHER TO GET A JOB, BUT DON'T WANT TO WORK, TAKE ME BACK TO THE 70's!!! Then I asked my husband to get his name. He asked the BOY, and he says "what you want to know my name for?" Then I hear him say "NEXT TIME I'M NOT GOING TO BE SO NICE!!!" That was at 9:41am January 24th, 2026 at the UPS STORE #1898 LOCATED AT 6260 E. RIVERSIDE BLVD. LOVES PARK, ILLINOIS 61111-4418 Too bad I can't give HIM A LOWER RATING, FOR MAKING MY HAR WORKING HUSBAND FEEL LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN, AND WONDERING WAS IT BECAUSE HE'S AFRICAN AMERICAN AND THE BOY WASN'T!!! UPS WON'T HAVE TO HELP US AGAIN, BUT THE BBB WILL DEFINITELY HEAR ABOUT THIS, STARTING FROM JANUARY 8TH!!! YES, 1 BAD ONION WILL SPOIL THE WHOLE BUNCH!!! I WISH I WAS ABLE TO GO OUT IN THIS FRIDGET WEATHER!!! JUST SAD, HOW PPL TREAT YOU THESE DAYS!!!

  You closed for MLK? You should be open accepting packages!! I have been 3 times today and people have been here trying to get in or waiting. Bad decision!
