He acted like I offended him personally over a simple mistake. Definitely will not be coming back to this location again. The location on State Street is much better.

Literally argued with the punk at the counter on how he was rounding the tape measure around the box to increase the dimensions. Based on other reviews it seems this is pretty typical for this store and one other I’ve been to. Going directly to UPS or using another shipper is inconvenient but being fleeced every time I use them kinda ticks me off, especially when it’s pointed out and they argue about it. Literally lied also saying the dimensions won’t add cost to the shipping. Dimensional cost is a thing for a larger light box, so it absolutely does matter to have the box measured accurately. $60 to ship a box a few hours away is plenty. Sure don’t need to give you a tip also. Your Google review score sucks. Improve your store.
