  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company and their product. I spent $400 expecting real results based on their claims, and unfortunately, the product did absolutely nothing for me. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. When I reached out for a refund, I was met with generic responses and ultimately denied, even though the product clearly did not deliver as advertised. Hiding behind a “no money-back guarantee” policy does not excuse selling something that fails to work. For a company charging this much, I expected better customer service and at least some willingness to stand behind their product. Instead, I feel like my concerns were dismissed entirely. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere.

  They have destroyed our Cincinnati area Mercy Heathplex's with Fairfield being allowed to run down and have black mold growing everywhere, the club has shrunk in square footage, shortest hours of any club in Cincinnati and won't at least restore pre-pandemic hours, have limited eliminated my access to the other plex's in the area after 20 years, and are raising price in June 2022
