    contacted UPS to explain an issue with a recent delivery attempt. A UPS driver marked a package as attempted, yet did not ring my doorbell or make any visible attempt to deliver the package, despite there being a doorbell and camera footage (Ring camera) clearly showing no attempt was made. My intention in calling was simply to explain the situation so that future deliveries would be handled correctly and the driver would ensure the doorbell is rung. During this conversation, Lynn became upset and incorrectly accused me of yelling, which is untrue. I was calmly explaining my experience and the evidence I have from my camera footage. Rather than listening or addressing the concern professionally, Lynn handled the call poorly, became confrontational, and ultimately hung up on me. At no point was I disrespectful or aggressive. I was attempting to communicate a legitimate delivery concern, and I expected a supervisor to listen, de-escalate, and assist—not make false accusations or end the call abruptly. I find this behavior highly unprofessional and disappointing, especially from someone in a supervisory role. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed, that appropriate action be taken, and that my delivery concern be properly addressed to prevent this from happening again.

    I received a message that my package would be delivered at 10am I waited outside my business building for about an hour, I received a second message that the driver did not deliver my package because my business was closed🤯 it took over an hour to contact customer service the same result they said the business was closed today. very poor service
