I’ve been to other locations that are quite literally disgusting, and unprofessional. So props to the Lockport location! Your employees are doing great! Keep up the good work! We showed up at 945am and were informed the notary would show up at 1015am and that they did not control the appointment times. Why would you allow a time that could not be honored? We were then informed that the notary was running late and would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. The notary never reached out to either us or the UPS employee that they were going to be late, only finding out because the UPS employee reached out to them. The notary never showed up wasting our time and that of the witnesses time that we needed for our documents.
