This is a big hit or miss location but better than most around here. The parking lot is terrible so be careful of hidden potholes in the snow and knocked over signs for handicap parking
I would say 75% of my items shipped from here at fine I use the kiosk and put packages in the big indoor bin if it is not jammed (It often Is ) the teller service is a crap shoot there are 2 very polite and nice reps and one that I think just hates her job and the world. I avoid going to a clerk if at all possible because I don’t like the odds I’m going to get the nasty lady and get yelled at. As for service on any issues I’ve had with items shipped and gone missing I can say 100% of the times like I said one in 4 items sent they refuse to take any responsibility I have 2 parcels sent out this week two days in a row both sent in the same deposit location because the bin was jammed and both items are missing for 8 days now and Wes told they don’t have them and don’t know where they went. I do ship about 4 to 5 times a week here and just don’t know what to do to try and get things improved

I want to give the benefit of the doubt to this location, but I am fed up now. The customer service here is terrible (not all the individuals, but most of them). Just the worst attitude when you walk in. I usually go to the Naperville location to send stuff which is 1-2x a year if that. But I decided to go to Lisle location since it is closer. Here is what to expect:
1. Person at the counter will be rude and disrespectful no matter how polite you are.
2. If you have a question she will make you feel dumb and stupid for asking
3. If you ask a question there will be a long and uncomfortable pause - like you asking your dad for dessert after you just crashed his car and are in big trouble. Some of the people working here - clearly dont want to be there - and are taking out there lifes frustrations on the customers.
4. Your package will probably get misdelivered or lost. I am not sure they actually do anything with the packages that are dropped of.
5. I dropped off a rather large and expensive package to be delivered - over 50 lbs. And you guessed it - it is lost. How does an over 50lb package that is 28x28x28 get lost?
6. Its a disorganized mess in the location. They take zero pride in there own work location.
I know it may be a longer drive to other locations, but I am never going here again. Why should I be treated so poorly, made to feel like I am doing something wrong and not even get the service that I went there for?
This location is why there are negative stereotypes about the post office.
Note: I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as postal employees. But somehow the other locations do a much better job and also why take out your frustrations with the customer?

We booked an online appointment for passport renewal with the USPS office in Lisle, IL (817 Ogden Ave, Lisle, IL 60532). This was for our child. Once we got there, they refused to service us stating that they no longer offer passport services. But the USPS system allowed us to book an appointment at that location. We took time off of work and pulled our son out of school early.
