  This is my preferred UPS store, I find they are quick and friendly. They're knowledgeable and they are happy to help. It's also locally owned.

  Poor customer service. They advertise that they accept happy returns but when you get there they won’t accept it. They say they get ripped off by happy returns and turn you away. Stop advertising this if you’re not going to actually provide the service you claim to offer. For the record, this was a choice to turn me away. A choice. Huge waste of time.

  Don’t ever go there. I called before I got there asking for requirements regarding to notarized a document, and once I got there he said no I can’t do it anymore, then he grabbed the documents and start questioning my wife telling her; are you sure you want to sign this document because you are giving him the rights to take over the property. “Even that’s not true” He’s so disrespectful and treating us like we have low IQ. I tried to be respectful by explaining to him that’s not our first time doing it for the same purpose but he kept questioning the document and wants more info about the attorney who sent me the file Don’t ever go there. I went to different location and the guy signed it quick, he check my wife and my ID and got it done. Don’t ever go to there

  Very rude staff!!! And they don’t deliver packages in normal way! Always need to go to the office in order to pick it up!
