  Don’t ever go there. I called before I got there asking for requirements regarding to notarized a document, and once I got there he said no I can’t do it anymore, then he grabbed the documents and start questioning my wife telling her; are you sure you want to sign this document because you are giving him the rights to take over the property. “Even that’s not true” He’s so disrespectful and treating us like we have low IQ. I tried to be respectful by explaining to him that’s not our first time doing it for the same purpose but he kept questioning the document and wants more info about the attorney who sent me the file Don’t ever go there. I went to different location and the guy signed it quick, he check my wife and my ID and got it done. Don’t ever go to there

  Called to request a hold on a package at a ups location near the recipient (myself), manager/paul was convinced holds at an access point local to the recipient are impossible when package is in shipment. Its literally an advertised service on the website. He was very hard-headed and rude about it. Ups customer service was able to take care of it, but it took longer because he refused to do his job. Id suggest having mangers/owners that know the services they provide, and arent combative right out the gate.

  Very rude staff!!! And they don’t deliver packages in normal way! Always need to go to the office in order to pick it up!
