I asked for a receipt, which was printed on the $3 sticker lol. There are better ways to make ancillary income, I will never use ups because of this unless I get a prepaid label.
- TKTom KingSep 6, 20251.0Called to request a hold on a package at a ups location near the recipient (myself), manager/paul was convinced holds at an access point local to the recipient are impossible when package is in shipment. Its literally an advertised service on the website. He was very hard-headed and rude about it. Ups customer service was able to take care of it, but it took longer because he refused to do his job. Id suggest having mangers/owners that know the services they provide, and arent combative right out the gate.
