- NMNick MilitelloJul 27, 20231.0I came to the post office inquiring how to correctly ship products for my business. I was not correctly explained how to do so and retailed incorrect postage from this post office, and overcharging me for the post as told by another post office. I came back in to ask for an exchange of postage to post correctly and was informed by an employee no exchange could be given, nor a refund. I asked for the manager and told this was postage was incorrect and would not even be shipped with stamps. Though I was informed incorrectly and retailed wrong products by staff, the manager offered no exchange or refund. I have been charged for 35 dollars for postage that I cannot use due to this post office. The manager was berate and talked down to the situation. Horrible experience for something that should have been simple, and poor customer service. Front facing employees and manager need to be trained how to properly retail products, educate customers on said products. Be wary when using this post office. This is business malpractice to retail incorrect products with a no refund policy to unknowing customers to make a few extra dollars, and an overall bad experience.
