- KLKarl Liu2 days ago1.0The lady working here is the rudest and most hostile person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. She tried to charge me $210+ to ship important documents in a flimsy plastic bag, claiming the standard envelopes were more expensive - which is a blatant lie. I went to another location and got the same one-day priority service in a proper FedEx envelope for only $70. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and tried to rush me through a blatant overcharge. Do not trust this store with your money or your documents.

While typing something and kept me waiting for 5-7 min pretending he was working on my request until Alexis(another assistant) was done with her previous duties and she had to jump in on my request. He surely looked like he didn't feel like being there. This location is definately inneed of more people like Alexis. She is always very helpful and professional no matter how busy she is. Most of the time i go there she is by herself taking all the work load. Thank you, Alexis.
