- JSJenni StarrineApr 13, 20241.0First off I never authorized anyone to pick up my packages. Someone picked up my package and it wasn’t me or anyone else in my family. This package should have been delivered not picked up too. I called them to say I got the notification it was picked up by someone. I sat on hold for 45 minutes and when I got through they were not nice to me and wouldn’t give me a claim number. She said it not USPS fault and shipper was wrong and put to deliver to the wrong address, and it was not mine. She said for me to contact the seller, which I did and the seller emailed me a copy of the shipping label and it was correct, it was delivered from UPS to USPS for last delivery and USPS gave it to the wrong person. The address that it was to delivered to was the USPS address there and the ship to was me and my address. The seller agreed with me and this is a serious issue and USPS is at fault.
- SSSwarnalakshmi SubramanianSep 10, 20211.0My friend send a 50lb large suitcase through usps libertyville post office to Dallas texas... those people stole such a huge box.. after libertyville scanning there is no scanning at all... very very poor customer service.. called and made complaint 100 times but no use..I had so much of good memorable stuff and made a very big mistake sending it through USPS.. people be aware don't ever send any good stuff through USPS.. u will lose that.. USPS is really worst..
