  I had a disappointing experience at this UPS store. I came in to make a simple Amazon return. When I came in yesterday to do a return, there was no mention of needing a dollar for tape. The reason I had to come back today was because I didn’t have a box, and no box was offered to me yesterday even to purchase. After waiting patiently today, the employee treated me incredibly unprofessionally. Once he scanned the QR code, I asked him to confirm it was correct, since yesterday the guy working never mentioned anything but needing a separate box. Without letting me finish, he demanded a dollar for tape. Before I could even respond or pay, he cut me off, made a strange comment about another person named Jeff, and said he wouldn't pay for my tape. This all happened in front of other customers, leaving me humiliated and confused. I had no chance to I was fully willing to pay, but the way he handled it was completely out of line. Telling me he'll get me on the next one. I hope the store takes this seriously and trains their staff better. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.

  Clerk was very arrogant and condescending to the customer in front of me and to me. I will not be returning to this store for ups business.

  Staff are always professional and kind. I bring lots of packages (sometimes very heavy) in almost every day for a local business and they are quick and efficient with helping even when there's a line out the door. When it comes to shipping your packages for you, they know what they're doing! It's clearly a busy and demanding job and I've never once had a problem.

  I can go to any UPS store but I choose this Libertyville location because of the helpful staff. I recommend them for shipping and they also rent mailboxes.
