We were having trouble printing the label, and I was in a rush during my lunch break, but she stayed patient and made sure everything was handled. She even made sure the package was submitted before the 5pm pickup so I wouldn’t miss my trade-in deadline (which happened to be my last day to turn it in!). Hallie even called me afterwards to let me know FedEx picked up their final shipment. I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

The photo-copy area is large and always clean. I do all my documents and copying here - I will not go anywhere else even if I have to drive farther to get it. Know why? Because everyone is friendly here and they never hassle you or bother you when you need to get work done. I have no idea what one reviewer says about shipping something. You can pull right up to this place - directly in front, no hassle - anytime day or night - unload directly in front, put packages on the side counter and ship, literally in minutes. I have been shipping many years and have never, ever been able to ship faster than I do in this place. People are on it. People multi-task here - and if they are doing print work they immediately go to the shipping desk and get it done - and always provide a receipt for tracking. The only regret I have is that I do not own a business that requires printing, because if I did I would do it here and they would get my business - why? Because I want this place to stay around and they are better than UPS at pretty much doing everything,
