Asked a question after she continued to take customers after she asked us to step out of line even though we had an appointment for passport. She lost her mind. Refused to take us like she was doing us a favor as a civil servant. Continued to bad mouth us for the next few minutes in front of everyone. Refused to give the phone number to the postmaster. Postmaster needs to address this lunatic ASAP!

I wish that USPS would provide him some more support staff but he's killing it running that place on his own. That's a lot of work for one employee.
