  I had a very bad experience at this UPS location. When I returned my package, the employee did not give me a receipt. I asked for the receipt but she ignored me. I had to leave and come back again, and only then she gave me the receipt from under the desk. This is not the first time this employee has behaved like this. Customers should not have to ask multiple times for a drop-off receipt. Management should please look into this situation

  Fantastic Service and Speedy Solutions: I stopped by the UPS Store today to mail a package and was thoroughly impressed by the staff. I ran into a minor snag when I realized UPS couldn't ship to the PO Box I needed. Before I could even get annoyed, the fantastic team stepped in. They quickly let me know the issue and immediately offered an alternative shipping solution through them, providing the prices and shipping speed right away without me even having to ask. After sitting in heavy traffic to get there, I was so grateful for their efficiency and proactive help. Although there were other customers in the store, I was greeted by really nice staff and helped almost immediately. Thank you so much for turning a potential hassle into a smooth experience! I highly recommend this location for their outstanding customer service.
