- KKKaren KinneyFeb 15, 20261.0Too many mistakes made by a long-time female employee. My mail was held twice, without my authorization and I did not fill out a PS Form 8076. It took a month to find out where my mail was and it was discovered that it was she who placed the "Hold." The second time, I had to get assistance from a superior, which led to an investigation. Miraculously, all of mail was in my box the next morning. She is not helpful and my experience with that employee is almost always subpar. The other clerks are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

Then, not even reaching the place you're trying to reach, but getting a "central hub" that doesn't know half of what's going on.
