  Lady was very rude and no help whatsoever. I tried one more time thinking she was having a bad day, but she was even more rude on my second attempt . I won’t be returning!

  Estoy tan decepcionada de la compañía fedex por no explicar bien todas las trabas que tienen en Guadalajara envié un paquete para nayarit mexico y nunca le llegó el paquete a mi familia a mi nunca me dijeron que iban a retener el paquete en la aduana y iban a pedir otras cosas a mi familia no entiendo para que piden mas documentos si yo hice el pago para que lo enviaran para allá y no sale nada barato ahora llame y me dijeron que ya no le pueden entregar nada a mi familia y que tengo hacer una cuenta y poner dinero para que me regresen el paquete ósea todo es una tranza son rateros totalmente estoy tan decepcionada de la compañía fedex y nunca recomendare fedex para que manden envíos son bien tranzas porque no explican bien todas las trabas que aduana de Guadalajara pone si me hubieran explicado bien no envío NADA La persona que trabaja en este lugar fue muy amable conmigo muy linda persona es lo único que tienen en esta tienda pero la compañía fedex muy mal

  I had to leave a review because Brenda truly went above and beyond for my family and me. We came in with a huge camping bed and a mattress that seemed impossible to fit back into its original box. We tried everything and couldn’t figure it out — but Brenda did. She was incredibly smart, patient, and determined to help us. Brenda took her time, problem-solved right in front of us, and somehow made the mattress fit perfectly. She taped up the package with care and made sure everything was secure for shipping. Her dedication and positive attitude really showed how much she cares about her customers. Brenda turned a stressful situation into such a smooth and pleasant experience. Employees like her make all the difference. FedEx is lucky to have her! Highly recommend this location — thank you, Brenda! 🙌📦💜
