Embarrassing. They’re out of passport forms. It’s your own government agency and you can’t keep the forms in stock. Pathetic. And the female employee wasn’t embarrassed or apologetic. Just acted like I was a burden for having the nerve to ask for a form. What is wrong with these people??? They’re never ashamed of their incompetence and it’s so sad!

Everyone is very friendly and respectful. Love the open hours because I can drop off my stuff after work with no rush.

Went today to retrieve mail that needed a signature. The workers Bee and Cindy are extremely disrespectful to people of color and have no respect for customers or postmaster who is equally disrespectful. When postmaster advised Bee to stop talking it was not honored and made her even more irate SMH. Glad I recorded this unprofessionalism by the staff and postmaster and filed a complaint which I WILL follow-up on to the FULLEST!!!!

The man that works at this location is very polite & always cracks a joke or two! However, the woman specifically with the colored grey contacts seems as if she hates her job which makes our experience as a customer not the best. She left me standing without acknowledging me & avoided eye contact for about 5 minutes then operated afterwards as if she had somewhere to be with an attitude. Please do better.
