  I had to leave a review because Brenda truly went above and beyond for my family and me. We came in with a huge camping bed and a mattress that seemed impossible to fit back into its original box. We tried everything and couldn’t figure it out — but Brenda did. She was incredibly smart, patient, and determined to help us. Brenda took her time, problem-solved right in front of us, and somehow made the mattress fit perfectly. She taped up the package with care and made sure everything was secure for shipping. Her dedication and positive attitude really showed how much she cares about her customers. Brenda turned a stressful situation into such a smooth and pleasant experience. Employees like her make all the difference. FedEx is lucky to have her! Highly recommend this location — thank you, Brenda! 🙌📦💜

  FedEx is my primary source for printing. I am a small business owner, and I appreciate the service I get from the entire team. I would like to especially recognize Jazz. When she sees me walk in the door, she starts preparing me for checkout. If there are any issues with my order, she will call me and help me resolve it. I like that this location seems to keep the same employees and everyone is always friendly and helpful not only to customers, but to each other. I used to print at another company, but once I started using FedEx, I have always been impressed with the quality, the prices and the turn around. I recommend them to everyone. Also, I have used other FedEx locations, and the Calumet City location is by far superior in customer service, attention to detail and the pride that the staff takes in their work.

  Great place and fast service. Came in to print out a document and get it laminated. The beautiful young lady even help me laminate my document since it’s a self service but I’ve never used that machine before.
