These folks are THE folks to go to especially if you frequently ship or mail! They are super friendly, everyone’s got their own unique personality, and, like cheers, everybody knows your name (or at least your face) and they’re always glad you came!

Absolutely the worst. Most unfriendly people work here. We’ve been here multiple times thinking perhaps we just got someone on a bad day, it’s every day. They are all rotten. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a postal money order that could not be used for the purpose intended so I needed to have the money refunded. I asked the Lake Forest post office multiple times if I could have the money refunded. They insisted multiple times that the post office could not do so, but that a bank could refund it. My bank said no, only the PO could do it. So I went back to the LF post office and they said the bank was wrong. I finally gave up dealing with the Lake Forest post office and went to Highland Park. A staff member there told me yes, the post office could and should refund the money. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help.

Wish I could give this no stars. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The women who dealt with my package actually yelled at me. I came in at 1150 and waited in line to drop the package; I was last in line. At 1159 I was next in line and she screamed she was closed. After refusing my package she then allowed it after I said please. She was incredibly rude. If you hate people and have 0 people skills perhaps you should not work in USPS. I will be going to UPS store from now on where people treat you with respect.
