When I showed up at closing time with a long line on Tuesday, they couldn’t help me because it was going to take quite a while to refund the original postage and fix it. Came back on Wednesday and luckily I got Henry as my teller. He flew through the process where each of the 13 packages had to be re-weighed, refunded, then re-billed and postage printed and affixed. He breezed through it and made it a painless experience and saved the day for me! So pleased!
