- KKKatelynJan 29, 20261.0This was a month and a half ago but the lady at the front desk was very rude and combative. When I'd ask her questions her attitude was extremely belittling (I don't really mail packages often). I was pleasant, patient and was polite despite not being met with the same attitude. After I paid and they asked me to rate my experience, before I could even have the chance to comprehend the screen she instantly clicked the green smiley face indicating that I had a great experience when I would have clicked the red frowny one. There was a survey on the receipt and I am usually not one to go out of my way to write a negative review often but man she really takes the cake for rudest, most unpleasant, "i couldn't hate my job and life more" service worker I have ever come across that I am still thinking about it to this day even though it happened a month and a half ago. I thought maybe it was just me or I caught her on a bad day but when I asked other people about her after describing her they immediately know who I am talking about and have described similar unpleasant experiences with her as well as her attitude.

- JMJose MartinezSep 10, 20251.0I have a bad experience today with the lady that works there this afternoon after work, I stopped by because I received an email that my package has arrived, they usually arrive thru UPS but for some reason it was sent to this post office, my address for delivery is my job site since I have been a victim of porch pirates, little did I know that the company has a PO box she ask me my PO box I explained to her that I don't have a PO box and that I use my job address for delivery, the employee went from okay customer service to very rude service, she could of said please ask your boss to pick it up for you since it was delivered to their PO box not have a ride response to my inquiry.
