I am beyond irritated. I took the day off work to receive a letter that needs a signature, only to receive a text saying “delivery exception, animal interference”. I have a ring camera pointed at my driveway and not once did the driver try to deliver this letter. There was also no animal interference as my dogs were inside with me. I tried calling the post office to get this resolved, but couldn’t get through to anyone, and when I try to reschedule the delivery, the system says it’s not available. This is a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional.

I get neighbors mail. Not just 1 piece, but several pieces of mail. Another neighbor gets my mail. The house numbers are on the front of the mailboxes. Do these postal workers know how to read?

I've just moved to the area and this has got to be the best post office I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! They are helpful and extremely friendly. I'm so glad we moved to this little town in the middle of nowhere that remembers how to treat people as fellow people instead of inconveniences that use their faculties.
