- KKKyle Kingma6 days ago1.0I would give it zero stars if I could. Second time I have been here and they made the visit difficult. I asked if I could email a label to print. They said sure, just send it to our store email which I did she then printed it and put it on my package afterwards saying it would be $2.19 for print the label. Already annoyed I opted to pay for this ridiculous fee when no other store I’ve been to charges this. I did not have the box taped because a return slip needed to be put in the box she then said I would have to tape it up myself or she would have to charge another dollar for tape. She already had my label printed and put on the box. The owner on our previous visit said our items were listed on the items they cannot ship (they weren’t.) We went to fedex and had no problem at all. I definitely won’t be returning to this store or giving them another dime.

A 1 dollar charge was never mentioned on Amazon for a print out shipping label and I did not see a sign that said I had to pay UPS $1 for the label. I did not have any money at the time. Melody finished my process then was called to the back before she completed my transaction. Jesús completed my transaction and didn't mentioned that it costed $1 to print. To me it sounds like a scam to have people pay to print out a label, however it worked out in my favor.
