- ASAlex StojanovskiFeb 2, 20261.0The worst experience ever, booked a load with a guy named Cedric, there were no appointments set at the deliveries at both receivers, i called and confirmed with them asked the broker and he said "he doesnt have a clue". Got stuck at both receivers for about 20 hours, then when time for layover came the guy Cedric is not picking up the phone for 4 days, there's a girl named Lily in the company answering calls and saying that nobody can help with anything that we'd need for the load, there's no manager there, there's nobody. Just call again later. 4 days. Worst experience ever, you're truck is better off staying empty then booking loads with AIT.

Running away from duties and responsibilities. Bullying and threatening carries. Charging made up and non sense fees. Stay away as much as you could.

Four hours later, I was still sitting there with no response. Broker stopped answering phone and email. The customer said they had no appointment scheduled. After documenting everything, I called 311 and filed a claim . I also sent proof of waiting time and detention request — no reply. This is a company that doesn’t value carriers. They play games, disappear when it’s time to pay, and ignore responsibility. Avoid them if you care about your time and money.
