I have never had issues with any other USPS location other than the one in Island Lake. The white haired man is incompetent and lazy. He clearly hates his job and it shows. He was yelling at me on the way out of the store. Disgusting

This place is a joke, always has been, they are constantly delivering mail to the wrong address, we have 5 mailboxes in a bank, they’re always messing it up. I had a personal package delivered, says delivered on the app. It was not. PERSONAL package that should NOT have went to another address. Now everybody and their brother knows my business. It’s changing my life for the worse. Think “13 reasons why” 😣 if I could shut that place down I would.

4?11/2020 I went in there today and the lady working there was very irritated, unfriendly and spoke very rudely. She was very bothered by my business of needing stamps both local and international. You go into the local grocery stores and they have hard plastic shield up for their checkers but this post office only had some flimsy plastic hanging, not even tacked down. She rudely told me to step way back so she could get to the drawers. I had a mask on but she had no protection.

Went into the office for the first time in quite a while.
I really needed help to mail my package. The clerk answered me in short somewhat rude answers. Now you know why I don't go there that often. I thought that government employees are paid with our tax dollars!
If they don't like their job then let someone who does have it.
