  Have a mail box address at this location. Our company likes to ship UPS and use local businesses as much as possible. I always had good service at this location. Today was not so good. I arrived about 2:20 pm and tried to get there earlier but had to work longer than expected. Stood in line about 10 min. and didn’t mind as the line moved quickly. I had a customer send me shipping label they needed to ship to Italy and followed there direction and wanted to make sure so kept the package open. When got to the desk I put the package on counter and showed the young lady with glasses the documents that were sent to me from customer and very rudely said where is your customs document as I was not sure what needed to be done. I replied this is what they gave me and asked her what do I need if it’s not here. She said rudely again I don’t know and it will be $2 to tape box. I told her I have an account and I don’t mind paying. She replied I don’t care you have an account and said it be $2. Then she said in a rude way there are people in back of you and handed me a receipt. I said okay how much is it and she replied it doesn’t matter. So I put $5 on the desk and walk to my mailbox. I guess that I was in the wrong for doing business at this location. It was rude of me to get there before the people in back of me as I was holding them up. Will do my best not to go there to interfere with there other customers. The time I walked up and left counter was 4 min. I am also thinking now that the package most likely not get to where it needs to be as the young lady wasn’t sure what needed to be done yo get it there.

  I’ve had to come in here about 5 times in the last two weeks and the gentleman behind the counter has been absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, his coworker came down with pneumonia and he’s been working nonstop. He’s always pleasant even when the customers are unnecessarily snippy. He’s so professional and gets the job done.

  Rude emoloyee (a man in the morning shift ) , i didnt tape the bag for the return and he said you should tape your crap its your return your responsibility. Could have been nicer . Very rude

  I had an excellent experience with Mike at UPS. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and organized the store was. Everything was neat, well-arranged, and professionally maintained. You can truly see that Mike takes pride in his work and cares about the environment he creates for his customers. Mike was friendly, respectful, and very patient. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was handled correctly. The whole process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with great customer service the way he does. You can tell he runs the store with strong leadership and attention to detail. A clean store reflects a disciplined and responsible manager, and Mike clearly sets a high standard. I highly recommend this UPS location because of him — outstanding service every time!
