I’m in this location at least on average 3 times a month, sometimes double that. The owners know me by face I’m in there so often and I go out of my way to be kind to Kate because I have seen her on multiple, multiple occasions be rude and inconsiderate to other customers. She has at times to me as well even when I’m overly polite. I know at times working in customer service can be tough dealing with customers but when you have a customer who is overly kind to you and you are still rude, I finally had enough and decided to write this review. My husband said he has had the same experience with her.

She went above and beyond the call of duty, bringing water and moisturizer to ensure success. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone seeking UPS services. I also noticed she called several customers by name. Thank you and keep up the good work!
