I was still in AZ but my mother met her at the door and told me she was pleasant and apologized for the mistake. Keep it up!
- AAAlexisJul 15, 20251.0There is a blonde lady who works here who is completely rude and aggressive from the jump for no reason. I mentioned I got an email with a link that told me to come here to pick it up, and she started saying over and over "we don't send out email we don't send out emails" in such a condescending and smug way even after I told her it wasn't from them MULTIPLE times. It seemed like she truly didn't want to help me, but instead dunk on me for whatever strange reason. I was so taken back at how clear it was she just wasn't going to help me... I just left and went to my car to pull up the website with the address and info to come pick it up. I went back in and dealt with the other worker. Its turns out my entire apartment building hasn't been getting any of our mail since we all moved in. AND how exactly would I have known that without one of those postal service workers helping me? Instead she jumped down my throat. She seems to be a real problem. My heart goes out to her coworkers.

I have been frequenting this location about one time a month for the last two years because i run a small business and you can’t schedule pick ups for Saturdays. The ladies behind the counter are consistently rude and act like I am bothering them when i come in with packages. They look bewildered with their Botox faces which is quite a feat. Nobody ever tried to hold the door or help me when they can obviously see i have a trunk full of packages which is fine, but as I make my trips in and out they say things like “here she is again” with snark and attitude. This is t friendly banter with a regular customer. Today is a Saturday, I came in with 15 pre-labeled items and one of the blondes tells me “you know, you could schedule a pick up” - which is a lie because it’s a Saturday. After a couple of years of this treatment I just had to write a review. I just don’t think they should look down my shipments when it helps pay their salary. Do better ladies. Side note - my mail carrier is amazing.
