After removing the old UPS sticker and taping it closed, UPS associates told me that the box was not acceptable and I had to buy a new box. Even though they acknowledged the box I was using was originally shipped to me from UPS. There was no reason for a new box other than UPS wanted to get a "box tax". VERY upset that you would do this. If you can not accept the SAME BOX YOU SHIPPED it to me, then you should not have shipped it to me in the first place.
