This is an UPS issue not the a store issue. Unfriendly and acted annoyed when asked questions. Very disappointing.

Drive all the way from Bartlett getting there at 6:05 and as the guy was walking out. The manager call him but he wouldn't come back in. Poor business practice

The top had some trouble closing but eventually I did get it flat and it just needed tape to secure it. The guy working said he couldn’t just tape it or it’d explode during transit. HUH?? That I could buy a box for 17.99. Weird. Went to Algonquin they gave me 0 trouble whatsoever
