    I've had the displeasure of dealing with a very unpleasant rude man a few times at this location. He very coldly told me he would not take the box I had and I need to pay for an additional box. I was shipped the item in this box originally and have returned items from the seller before in same package. I Left and I went to a different location where they took the item no problem. Not sure if I was being scammed, he was trained poorly, trying to upsell or just being lazy I would just go to a different location which is very inconvenient.

    Customer service at this FedEx inside Walmart was awesome! The older guy knows what he's doing, helped me to send 9 copies of documents to someone's email, cost $2.70. The cost at The UPS Store $8.20, plus their way is very complicated.

    I’m thrilled that this location opened ! I’ve shipped items at least 3 times since February and everyone has gone above and beyond with their knowledge, efficiency, courtesy , and all round warmth ... Thank you so much !

    I mostly use the print shop in the back of the store. Its quick easy and most importantly hardly any human interaction. You can email any documents you need printed straight to their system. Go to th he store punch in your code and print. Associates do greet me when I walk in and ask if they can help me find anything. Store is clean and bright with an easy set up to find things. Only downside is it usually smells like chemicals.
