Markeisha went above and beyond to help me get my wedding invitations out. She went one by one to add additional postage that I was missing due to the contents of the envelope. She took her time and was so nice

The customer service is HORRIBLE. This facility serves no purpose other than to irritate and frustrate potential customers. Ridiculous

My mail is important to me, especially during these times! I appreciate and support the Postal workers of Homewood, IL and throughout the USA and know that is is not their fault, per se. The powers to be need to cut it out, we have eyes and can see what is going on. Never before in my lifetime have I seen anything like this! I WANT MY MAIL DELIVERED AND I WANT IT DELIVERED EVERY DAY ON TIME!!
