I dropped it off at an ups store….cant get ahold of anyone and I shouldnt have to come in because the manager is soooo lazy and entitled. Th manager is also sassy to most of the customers? The customers? I’ve seen this lady work here for years she must lie through her teeth how hard she works she micro manages and is mean!!!

I actually went to the orland one and asked if they own the homer glen store too. They told me no, and I explained I waited for 20 minutes after 8am and still was not open. This is the second time this has happened.if they can not open at 8am then they should change the hours instead of have customers drive there, wait, and no one there to open the store. I know stuff happens and I agree with some of the other revewis. They are completely under staffed and some employees there don't care how long you wait. I was next in line and at least 3 people gave up and left. Love the store and location, but if I can check to have ups pick it up at my home, I will probably do that instead.
