Then he said he'd be there until 5:30 or 6 due to a pick up. I TOLD HIM I was in Hoffman Estates, at another UPS location that was closed, I told him I'd be on the way. NINE minutes later I arrived at the UPS in South Barrington, grabbed my long, heavy box only to close to the door and it was all closed up, no one was there!! What kind of person lies to the customer!!!!! I'm NEVER going to go to this location again. When I called the store a few days later to tell them about this, the person on the phone stated he didn't work the night I called, the owner wasn't there, basically "oh well"! He didn't offer to have the owner get back to me, terrible customer service!
