  I’ve been using this UPS for years, primarily for returns but also to ship items. They are always super polite and helpful not only with me but all of the customers.

  It’s only my second delivery to my PO Box from USPS and again it is lost. Both deliveries of luxury items have been “lost”. USPS states it was delivered and UPS states it was never logged into the system. I tried contacting a manager, on a Sunday, so that someone can get a resolution started first thing Monday but was told “he said he will call you tomorrow”. If it was the first time, ok but now the second and it is unacceptable!!

  I'm here five days a week during what's probably the busiest part of the day, just before final pick up, so I feel like I have a pretty good gist of the store- It's great! Hinsdale, you've got one of the good ones. I think we all have had our fair share of shipping frustrations- long wait times, missing packages, things get broken. Having a friendly, knowledgable and helpful UPS store locally helps with all of those problems. The staff is always courteous, they work as quickly as they can and they offer a great level of service. Also, I wrote this review because I recently had a very bad UPS Store experience in Florida, and it made me realize how great my local store is. People are quick to leave bad reviews of businesses like this. Ironically those negative experiences are often because of the customer too. I feel compelled to leave a review that actual fits what this store is to the average person and that is a great, clean and friendly local UPS Store.

  Based on the listing, the store was supposed to be open until 6:30pm. We arrived at 5:40pm and it was closed with no one in sight. It was frustrating because we went out of our way to get there.

  Package delivered to our house for someone who has not lived here for a couple years. Tried to give it to a UPS driver who would not take it. Took to UPS store. They wrote return to sender. The package was delivered again. Second visit to store. They would not take it and tried to charge me for redelivery and claimed as they are only a UPS franchise I should call UPS for help. No attempt was made to track via the bar code to see who had sent it.
