    Repeatedly confirmed with FedEx to keep the item at their facility for the recipient to pickup and apparently this didn’t happen, FedEx customer representative confirmed with a reference number that the recipient will go to the facility for a pick up and the envelope left the building. Looks like they are all out of sync. Lack of communication and no ownership.

    The staff is horrible!!! Unprofessional and no customer service at all! The young lady that usually works evenings is the most unprofessional person ever. She talked me with an attitude and yelled las if I wasn’t a customer. She’s ignorant and her manager is too!

    FedEx Overnight — very poor experience. Tracking showed “delivery attempts” on Thursday 10:00 AM and Friday 10:00 AM, then it was rescheduled to Monday. I also saw a Saturday attempt in the tracking, but no one called me. I phoned support, and they said no actual delivery attempts were made. In the end, I had to pick up the package myself on Saturday. The service was unacceptable: inaccurate tracking, no courier call, and a failed time-critical delivery.
