  My package came to this place and was supposed to get shipped to my address from here and they marked my address as “incorrect” when it ain’t, it’s the second time it returns to the shipper and the shipper has to send it again, and they keep doing it, then I ask them to drop it off to my nearest FedEx and they can’t even do that… this location should disappear

  Rude employees, no manners. Insane how customer service will help me with not using fedex any more. Change face of customer service.

  I'm only giving 3 stars because sometimes things go fine, then other times it's awful. It's really good or really bad. How can a package be dropped off before cutoff and never move? Then calling customer service is a joke. You have to keep asking for a representative in the US because everyone else has no clue or they just keep reading a script.

  Have a parent in hospice care at home. Very important things for her care and comfort. Anyone that has gone through something like tia will understand the frustration and disappointment. There’s multiple sings with arrows outside giving directions to the door bell, it took a long time for me to get a hold of anyone finally I was able to get thru to speak to someone, even the lady that I spoke with from FedEx took my phone number and said they would call me. Never got a call. They put the note of delivery and said no one was available. There’s no way that they tried multiple times. There’s always someone at home. There’s no option for someone to pick it up from the facility either. Very unprofessional and lazy of FedEx your employees represent you and they need accountability. Shame on you FedEx!
