I wouldn't think it would be too difficult to read a number. Second, my son walked through the side door and didn't see the others in line because of boxes, so he thought he was next for service. The big jerk at the window belittled him and then waited on everyone else, even people who came in later before my son. We need Rita back. This guy needs to get over himself.

When it is transferred to the Highland Post Office, I now know it will be at least a day late. Ridiculous. They need to clean house and hire people who understand the importance of getting packages to their destination on time.
