(apologies if spelled differently) Was super worried about a very important package not showing up (despite the tracker saying it was delivered) After starting the ticket I was able to get in touch with him over the phone. He was super friendly, open to help and thorough. Literally no notes. Say what you want about USPS as a whole, but there are some very dedicated people! Thank you again!

The customer service is downright awful, and they seem to have an obvious issue regarding protocols managing their lines!!!! I find the manager to be extremely rude and condescending. I’ve left several messages for Mark, the post master to contact me to no avail. This facility is ghetto! The workers are also extremely lazy. I’m going to continue to call and complain on these incompetent individuals!!!!
