- DCDouglas CoxJan 23, 20261.0Mailboxes and packages are meant to be delivered in the mailbox (1 lb) or doorstep. Please refrain from leaving them in the street and in the elements like water and snow. Your displeasure in your work is not my fault. Find another job.

(apologies if spelled differently) Was super worried about a very important package not showing up (despite the tracker saying it was delivered) After starting the ticket I was able to get in touch with him over the phone. He was super friendly, open to help and thorough. Literally no notes. Say what you want about USPS as a whole, but there are some very dedicated people! Thank you again!
