- RSRobert ShawAug 31, 20245.0I've had a PO box in the Heyworth post office since 1989. They all do an excellent job, are very nice, very helpful. We are fortunate to have a great, convenient post office in town.
- TTTrishaJun 13, 20202.0The staff at the USPS are great, but whoever delivers the mail needs to pay attention. I've had two packages delivered to the wrong address, one of which never made it back to me. When that happened no one at USPS was held accountable they told me it was delivered to the right place according to their truck GPS, yet there are 4 mail boxes at that location. I get apartment's next to mine on a regular basis. Please pay attention to where you are delivering the mail, and hold the person who doesn't do it correctly accountable.
