We are merchants in California and have a package that keeps on going from point A-to-B on this side of the town. We got a call from (Kellop..hope I got the name right?) from this location not once but Twice just to inform us the status of this package (return). When the package arrived it had been torn open and put in a bag with a note attached saying sorry things happen we are very busy, but when my son opened the bag one of his baby shoes were missing. This is unacceptable thoses baby shoes were very sentimental. Don't send anything thru the usps if you want it to get there in one piece. I am so devastated. They don't understand the my sadness cause it does not mean anything to them.😥
