We are merchants in California and have a package that keeps on going from point A-to-B on this side of the town. We got a call from (Kellop..hope I got the name right?) from this location not once but Twice just to inform us the status of this package (return). Nice work, Awesomely Appreciated and so Cool...Keep it UP.

After calling numerous times and giving him the benefit of doubt, I went and filled out a request for him, The gentleman I spoke with has delivered to my house and understood my concern. I showed him a video and he understood why I was upset, my behavior wasn't the greatest I'm not perfect I reached a breaking point... The post master was busy when I went in and took it upon himself to come to my house to view the video and understood my frustration and was very professional and apologized on behalf of the post office.... Mark was the gentleman who came to my house, I wanted to say I greatly appreciate you and thank you for your time and understanding... I have always received the greatest service both in the post office and with every other mail delivery person I have until this particular... Thank you all for your time and understanding

I appreciated that because I was very upset. I respect that they are trying to make it right. So I re did my review.

- KLKelly LindseyJan 12, 20181.0Not happy with not getting my Amazon prime when needed in 2 days & 2 different times I paid for 1 day shipping for items I needed and I get notifications as if it was undeliverable , access unable to get to door etc. When that is completely false because I'm waiting here on those days for those items. At least let me know if to busy and give me a chance to come pick it up from post office. I understand things happen but not all the time.
