Skinny woman with glasses in completely horrible. I’ve seen her treat other people like garbage, and today was my turn to be treated like garbage. I didn’t understand what she was trying to say because she was brushing me off, so I kept politely asking like three times for her to explain it and then she told me to get out of there. When I “ talked back“ to her, she said “your mother“. This is what the US PS has working for them? It’s disgusting. Look at all the other reviews here. Why can this be OK?

Horrible service and rude employees. I have been dealing with this issue for over a year trying to get an Arrow lock replaced at our apartment complex, and nothing has been done. The Post Office never answers the phone. When I go in person, I’m told to speak to a supervisor, but instead of helping, they just hand me a phone number that leads nowhere. This has been an endless runaround with zero accountability.

I am tired of dealing with the attitude, aragonace, entitlement and laziness of these USPS workers. They don't stop there personal conversations with each other when you get to the counter, they tell you to use the machine and make you put them package in to the bin behind the counter so they don't have to move. I Will NOT be using the USPS any longer. UPS and FedEx are far superior in every aspect.

Edit: after the terrible experience I had at this location, I went to the Norridge location and finished in 1 minute! Clearly they don’t know what they’re doing here and gave me so much trouble for nothing! Too bad I can’t give a 0. Came to change my address and was treated so disrespectfully for no reason. Never experienced this anywhere else. Didn’t help at all and turned me away without giving any clarification. Unless you’re dropping off packages, don’t expect any sort of help. They’re just miserable old ladies

Received a notice that a package and 2 envelopes were dlvd on 12-16 at 9:55. According to my Ring Camera the postman never came to my house. There was a small package that was supposed to be dlvd according to USPS and the company status said it was dlvd. Never showed up. I'm also having trouble with my mail. I receive mail literally months later. The customer service in the Harwood Hts post office is the worst. Very rude, a woman postal worker behind the counter yells at everyone. How can she get away with this? She should be fired !!!! They should get "0" stars.
