I have some time sensitive paperwork I’ve been waiting on. I can see on the app was suppose to be delivered unfortunately I rarely get my mail. I didn’t receive any mail on Saturday after being told I would receive mail. This post office is unprofessional and ghetto. FYI when you go into this place some of the workers are on their cell phones. Just a horrible place..

I called the post office to get my shipments redelivered and they put me on hold for an hour and no one even picked up. They provide the most terrible service by far but no one does anything about it and it's frustrating.
