- 11123Feb 6, 20265.0Mail carrier misplaced my package on accident and I called the Hanover Park facility and he came right away and found my package. He put it in my neighbors mailbox and quickly gave it back to us. I am so grateful for you guys fixing the problem quickly, we're human and we make mistakes. The woman on the phone was very nice too, I believe she said her name was Bernadette. Thankyou guys!

Will suggest it was stolen due to the area (not the case at all) we live in a beautiful, and safe area. They aren't helpful and super combative then when you catch them in a lie and ask for Proof Of Delivery...we can't do that! This place is a joke!

Also, the USPS driver around my block of neighborhood misplaced my package onto someone else's doorstep and marked it as "Delivered" in the tracker section. USPS should give a complete full address when they plan to mark "Delivered" so the recipient could know where to go if a mistake like this happens...
