If I need to hop in my car and take a package for sending, I would choose the amazing service at The Shipping Point in Gurnee over wishing the USPS showed up as scheduled.
- MSMatthew ScottJun 23, 20251.0I have no idea how anyone uses the USPS anymore. Every location is rude, could not care less about your packages and nothing is ever on time. Multiple times per month my mail is delivered to a house a street over with the same numbers a mine, completely different street name. Requested that my mailbox be moved to a safer location than across the main road of our subdivision (only house in the whole neighborhood that has this problem btw) and was basically brushed off and lied to about why it wasn't possible. Tried to escalate the issue, never got a call back or anything (shocker). I go out of my way to use any service other than this one and gladly pay more for UPS or Fedex at every opp. Hopefully someone can turn this service around someday
