When I saw online that the earliest pickup time wasn’t until the next morning, I called the store to double-check—and I’m so glad I did! Liz answered the phone and was an absolute lifesaver. She immediately reassured me that they could get it done that day, no problem. I placed my order around 2:30–3:00 PM, and by 4:30 PM everything was ready—beautifully printed and perfectly done. What really stood out was Liz’s customer service. She noticed one of my attachments wouldn’t open and called me right away with an email to resend it to. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. Thank you so much, Liz, for your kindness, efficiency, and professionalism—you genuinely made my day! I’ll absolutely be using this FedEx location for all my future print needs!
